The KETTLER PEC DECK/REAR DELT is a Dual functional equipment for mainly working out pectoralis major muscle and latissimus dorsi muscle and auxiliarily working out deltoid muscle. Also the exerciser could effectively work out the chest muscle, dorsal muscle and arm strength through adduction and abduction of arm after adjusting the initial position and choosing appropriate weight.
